These terms cover the Pixel Fishing bot on Discord, whether you add it to a server or to your own account. Using it means accepting them.
You must meet Discord's own minimum age, which is 13 and higher in some countries. You must also be following Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; nothing here overrides them.
Pesos, pounds, euros, research credit, tag kits, gear and every fish in your record book exist only inside the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for anything outside it, are not owned by you in any legal sense, and may be changed, reset or removed as the game is balanced. Selling or trading them for real money is not allowed.
Pixel Fishing has no paid features, no subscriptions and no in-game purchases. Everything in it is earned by playing. If that ever changes, these terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated first.
Prices, catch rates, the pace of progression and the contents of each sea are tuned regularly, and a change can make something you own worth more or less than it was. That is ordinary game development, not a fault.
We may also add, change or remove features, and we may suspend or stop the service entirely. We will give notice in the support server where we reasonably can.
Do not automate the game. Do not use scripts, macros, self-bots or anything else that plays for you. The whole game is a reaction test, so a program that reacts for you is not playing it. Do not exploit bugs to gain progress; report them instead. Do not run multiple accounts to advance one of them.
We may reset progress, remove leaderboard entries or block access for any of the above, and for harassment or abuse directed at other players or at us.
When you use /show or share your record book, the bot posts that catch or book into the channel you used, where everyone in it can see it. That is the point of those commands, so use them where you are happy for people to look. Everything else the bot shows you is visible only to you.
Voting for the bot on Top.gg grants a small amount of tackle. Rewards are a courtesy, not a purchase, and may change or stop at any time. Attempting to manipulate votes forfeits them.
The artwork in Pixel Fishing is made by the artists credited in the game and is used with their permission. The bot and its writing belong to us. You are welcome to screenshot and share what the bot shows you; you may not extract the artwork or the game data for use elsewhere without asking.
Pixel Fishing is provided as it is, with no guarantee that it will be available, correct or uninterrupted. Progress can be lost to a bug, an outage or a mistake. We will do our best to avoid that and to put it right, but we cannot promise it will never happen, and we are not liable for any loss arising from using the bot to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits any right that the law does not let us limit.
You can stop at any time by removing the bot, and you can ask us to delete your data; see the Privacy Policy. We may end your access if you break these terms.
We will update this page and the date at the top, and announce anything significant in the support server. Continuing to play after a change means accepting it.
