A Discord fishing game

Pixel Fishing

Eighty-eight real species across three seas, each with its own money, its own tackle and its own fish. Cast, wait, and reel the moment the float goes under.

How it plays

Run /fish and wait. When the panel says something is on, hit Reel as fast as you can. How fast decides everything: react quickly enough and you get a perfect hookset, the only way to land a trophy. React too slowly and it is gone.

Rarer fish give you less time. A cod allows three seconds. A basking shark gives you three quarters of one.

Three seas

None of that money is any use in another sea. You bring one stake across when you arrive; after that, what you spend there you earn there.

Fish worth knowing about

Every species carries its real name, its real weight range and a field note that is actually true — from a mudskipper that drowns if you keep it underwater to a giant squid nobody photographed alive until 2004.

A third of the roster is protected and cannot be sold. Carry tag kits and you can tag and release those for research credit, which is the only thing that opens deeper water.

Nothing you can buy moves a leaderboard

Five boards, per server and worldwide: heaviest catch, most species logged, most fish landed, most species tagged, most trophies. All of them are earned.
